Social media has taken the world by storm and it’s had a particularly powerful effect on small businesses.
Not only is social media an inexpensive and relatively easy way to find and communicate with potential and existing customers, vendors and associates, but in the social media world, the small can look and act big and the big, if not managed well, can look and act small.
