Conducting market research on Twitter is a great way to discover the topics about which your current and potential customers are asking questions.
And, once you’ve discovered what questions are being asked you can create great content to answer them.
Then, once you’ve posted that great content, you can direct the folks asking the question to your site where the answer is waiting; as well as your products and services!
Even better, you can answer the same question over-and-over by providing a link to the great content you have already created! See the leverage? Create one time, answer many folks many times. Talk about getting a bang for your buck!
Providing people with the information they need, when they need to know, is one of the best ways to pre-sell potential customers and keep the ones you already have.
However, finding out what questions they are asking, as well as who is asking the questions, takes some market research and Twitter, with all those folks talking about so many topics, is a great place to start.
The video below will help get you on your way.
